18 October 2022 @ 10:30 am 2:00 pm

Many human and animal lives are now adversely affected by our changing planet, and we all face the existential threat from climate change and pollution. The impact is not only physical (witness the events of the heatwaves in mid-July) but also mental and spiritual, especially with the continual reminders and awareness of what is happening.

Judith is a Franciscan Third-Order London-based spiritual director, with a special interest in this field. We will be sharing this session with students on the Spidir Training Course at St Hugh’s Church in central London so there is no charge.

Date: Tuesday October 18th 2022 from 10.30 am to 2 pm.

Venue:  St Hugh’s Church Bermondsey (Vintry Court, Crosby Row, London SE1 3PT) – walking distance from The Shard and London Bridge station, going through Guy’s Hospital & Campus.

Cost:  There will be no charge for this but we will have a collection in aid of the work of an environmental organisation.  Please bring your own mugs to avoid single-use cups! We will provide plant-based ‘milks’ as well.

Booking: Please email Sue Charles on susanjcharles@aol.com to reserve a place.
