Who we are

We are an informal ecumenical Christian network promoting spiritual direction.

We are in and around the London & South East England.

There are Spiritual Direction groups throughout England e.g. East Midlands SPI-DIR, many can be found through the diocesan websites, there are also international groups. They are not formally linked with us.

We offer:-

  • help to find a Spiritual Director
  • training to become a Spiritual Director
  • membership
  • newsletters
  • conference and meetings
  • reading

The name SPIDIR comes from the contraction of Spiritual Direction

(Please note that Spidir policy is that we do not charge fees for Direction. Also, our principal area of activity is within the Anglican Southwark Diocese region including South East London, although we do have some Directors in North London. All our Directors are members of Spidir, so you will be asked to join up - only £10 a year!)
